The only problem we had is that we were substituted the 2 pound portion for the 1 pound portion size we ordered. We would have rather started with the 1 pound size for our small dog and this was our first purchase. The food itself seems to be a healthier product for our dog.
I’ve been using grandpa for a few years now, never have had any problems , customer service is fast and informative. The product is great and so is the price point plus it’s delivered to my door. When we decided to switch our guy to raw, it was very overwhelming as there is so much conflicting information and a lot to consider! When I reached out to Grand Dog, they promptly responded and were able to explain in great detail everything their company had to offer! I love that the ingredients are locally sourced and nutritious, with bird-free options(Due to allergies), knowing our pup gets all that he needs! We absolutely love Grand Dog and recommend them to anyone considering switching to raw!

I was trying to order my dog food but I had just flown to BC I couldn't access the order form. I contacted them via email. They responded in a few hours and made all accommodations for me to order my dog food, have it delivered that day and ensure that everything was completed. I recommend Grand Dog for anyone in need of raw food.
