Our raw food items and supplies are delivered to your door within Alberta.  Our delivery locations and schedule can be found below.

WEEKLY DELIVERY: CALGARY, EDMONTON, RED DEER DELIVERY ZONES

We offer weekly delivery to the following locations: 

TUESDAY: Blackfalds, Calgary NW, Calgary SW, Cochrane, Lacombe, Millet, Ponoka, Red Deer, Rocky View, Sylvan Lake, Wetaskiwin 

WEDNESDAY: Edmonton 

THURSDAY: Airdrie, Calgary NE, Calgary SE, Carstairs, Chestermere, Crossfield, Didsbury, Innisfail, Langdon, Okotoks, Olds

FRIDAY: Ardrossan, Beaumont, Bon Accord, Devon, Fort Saskatchewan, Gibbons, Leduc, Morinville, Nisku, Redwater, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Sturgeon County

Cut-off time for placing raw food orders is Monday at noon for delivery the same week.  Orders received after the weekly cut off will be delivered the following week.  

Weekly deliveries of raw pet food and supplements to the above locations will have a $5.00 delivery fee applied to orders up to $250.00.  Orders over $250.00 enjoy free delivery.

MONTHLY DELIVERY: NORTHERN ALBERTA DELIVERY ZONES

Starting May 7, 2025, we will offer monthly delivery on Wednesday to the following locations on a four week rotation: 

Zone 1:  Edson, Entwistle, Evansburg, Hinton, Mayerthorpe, Peers, Sangudo,  Wabamum, Whitecourt

Zone 2: Athabasca, Boyle, Clyde, Lac Labiche, Redwater, Thorhild, Westlock

Zone 3: Bawlf, Camrose, Daysland, Innisfree, Irma, Killam, Mudare, Vegreville, Vermillion, Viking, Wainwright, Westerose (Pigeon lake) 

Zone 4: Ashmont, Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Smokey Lake

The Four Week Rotation Schedule is as follows...

Wednesday May 7 delivery to ZONE 1

Wednesday May 14 delivery to ZONE 2 

Wednesday May 21 delivery to ZONE 3

Wednesday May 28 delivery to ZONE 4

The rotation starts again after the fourth week: 

Wednesday June 4 delivery to ZONE 1

Wednesday June 11 delivery to ZONE 2

Wednesday June 18 delivery to ZONE 3

Wednesday June 25 delivery to ZONE 4

The rotation continues every month.

Cut-off time for placing raw food orders is the Monday prior to the next delivery date at noon.  Orders received after the cut off will be delivered the next delivery date following the four week rotation.  

For example, for delivery May 7th orders will need to be placed by Monday May 5 at noon.  Delivering for May 14 needs to be placed by Monday May 12 at noon.

Monthly deliveries of raw pet food and supplements to the Northern Alberta delivery zones will have a $15.00 delivery fee applied to orders up to $550.00.  Orders over $550.00 enjoy free delivery.

Delivery Process within Alberta

Timing of deliveries varies from one week to the next depending on the volume of orders, which means we can not commit to a particular time of delivery.  

The day of delivery, all customers will receive an email notification when their order is out for delivery including a tracking link.  

When our delivery specialist leaves the delivery on your step they trigger the release of a text notifying you of delivery.   Apartment building deliveries are left in the lobby and our delivery specialist will call the number on the order to confirm delivery to the lobby. 

If you have special requests for delivery add a note to your order so we are aware of your request and we will do the best to accommodate. 

CANADA WIDE SHIPPING

All Four Leaf Rover, Adored Beast, Animal Biome, Smack Dehydrated Raw Food and Mine Pet Platters ship Canada wide (excluding New Brunswick & Quebec) with a minimum $50 order. 

Canada Wide shipments will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.  Orders over $125 receive free shipping. 

Raw pet food items are not yet available for shipping Canada wide.  

PICK UP ORDERS

Grand Dog has set pick up times on a monthly basis.  Our shop is not open to the public outside of these designated times. 

The next scheduled pick up date is: April 12, 2025 between 9 am - 12 pm.  Pick up is at 36 Exploration Drive Devon, Alberta.
