Cut-off time for placing raw food orders is Monday at noon for delivery the same week. Orders received after the weekly cut off will be delivered the following week.

Order cut-off times
The cut-off time to place your order is 12 pm MT Monday for delivery the same week. Orders received after the cut off will be delivered the following week.

Below is an outline of how orders are typically split up for the week and the locations we currently deliver to.
TUESDAY: Blackfalds, Calgary NW, Calgary SW, Cochrane, Lacombe, Millet, Ponoka, Red Deer, Rocky View, Sylvan Lake, Wetaskiwin
WEDNESDAY: Edmonton
THURSDAY: Airdrie, Calgary NE, Calgary SE, Carstairs, Chestermere, Crossfield, Didsbury, Innisfail, Langdon, Okotoks, Olds
FRIDAY: Ardrossan, Beaumont, Bon Accord, Camrose, Devon, Fort Saskatchewan, Gibbons, Leduc, Morinville, Nisku, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Sturgeon County
Delivery Process
Timing of deliveries varies from one week to the next depending on the volume of orders, which means we can not commit to a particular time of delivery.
The day of delivery, all customers will receive an email notification when their order is out for delivery including a tracking link.
When our delivery specialist leaves the delivery on your step they trigger the release of a text notifying you of delivery. Apartment building deliveries are left in the lobby and our delivery specialist will call the number on the order to confirm delivery to the lobby.
If you have special requests for delivery add a note to your order so we are aware of your request and we will do the best to accommodate.
Delivery Fee or Free
Alberta deliveries of raw pet food and supplements will have a $5.00 delivery fee applied to orders up to $250.00. Orders over $250.00 enjoy free delivery.
All Four Leaf Rover, Adored Beast, Animal Biome products and Mine Pet Platters ship Canada wide (excluding New Brunswick & Quebec) with a minimum $50 order.
Canada Wide shipments will have shipping fees calculated at checkout. Orders over $99 receive free shipping.
