The Complete K9 Raw Pet Food

The Complete K9 is an Alberta based raw pet food manufacturer.  They operate in partnership with Family Meats, a trusted and established Alberta meat production facility.

The Complete K9 is committed to providing quality, human grade pet products.  As a HACCP-certified facility, they perform regular testing and inspections on all of their products and equipment. 

All ingredients are either sourced right from the Family Meats human production line, or brought in from Canada wide federally licensed and inspected facilities.

The Complete K9 started when owners Don and Colleen sought out a healthier diet for their own dogs. Discouraged by the steep prices in the raw dog food industry, they started to prepare their own raw feed and noticed incredible improvements in their pets.

The Complete K9 has grown over the years and has gained a dedicated following.  Tragedy struck in the spring of 2022, and they lost their facility to a fire.  Even in the face of adversity, they remained committed to providing high quality pet food products to the families that counted on them.    

As true Albertans, they went back to the drawing board and discovered a solution to serve all of our loyal and new customers even better than before.

Their new and improved product line offers single-protein or mixed protein meal options.  Their novel proteins provide solutions for dogs and cats with food intolerances or allergies.  

Their Ultimate Product line features the foundation of a raw diet (meat, bone, organs) and tripe for a boost of natural probiotics, digestive enzymes, and an array of vitamins & minerals.  Tripe also provides the perfect balance of calcium and phosphorus.  

The Complete Product line provides the foundation of a raw diet but leaves out the tripe for those who prefer to feed a diet without.
