Many retailers in Alberta offer a flat reward rate that's usually capped at 1-3%. Other rewards programs are limited to certain brands or products.

For Legendary pet parents, our top tier offers one of the most aggressive rewards in the province, outperforming the top-level caps of major boutiques and big-box competitors alike.
Offering bulk boxes (40lb of raw pet food) combined with a tiered rewards program, our most dedicated customers receive the absolute best value in the Alberta for high quality raw pet food.
The program is free for all pack members. Everyone who makes a purchase will collect points.
In order to redeem those points, you will need to create an account on the Grand Dog Website and access the Rewards page by logging into your account.
On the Grand Dog Essentials homepage, click the "ACCOUNT" button at the top right hand corner. This will bring you to your personal account page. Click "Grand Dog Pack Rewards" and this will bring you to your loyalty page hub showing your tier and discounts available.
When you meet the threshold for the next tier based on your yearly spending, the system will move you to the next tier.
Little Paws 0 - $499 yearly spend
Junior $500 - $1,199 yearly spend
Champion $1,200 - $2,500 yearly spend
Legend $2500+ yearly spend
You have one calendar year to achieve a VIP tier. For example, if you earn enough points to reach the Legend Tier in November of 2025, you will enjoy the benefits of that tier for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026.
Then, during the calendar year of 2026, you'll have to earn enough points to re-qualify for the Legend Tier in 2027. If you do not, your VIP tier will be recalculated based on the points that you did earn in that calendar year.
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
Your points will expire if you have not earned or redeemed points for a continuous period of one year. The system will warn you before your points expire via email.
All products at this time are included in the in the points program. Points are removed from an account when there is a return/refund made for an order. Points are only awarded based on the subtotal of an order and does not include taxes, delivery, or discounts used.
