Cut-off time for placing raw food orders is Monday at noon for delivery the same week. Orders received after the weekly cut off will be delivered the following week.

MONTHLY DELIVERY: NORTHERN ALBERTA DELIVERY ZONES
We offer monthly delivery on Wednesday to the following locations:
Zone 1: Edson, Entwistle, Evansburg, Hinton, Mayerthorpe, Peers, Sangudo, Wabamum, Whitecourt
Zone 2: Bawlf, Camrose, Daysland, Innisfree, Irma, Killam, Mudare, Thorsby Vegreville, Vermillion, Viking, Wainwright, Westerose (Pigeon lake)
Zone 1 will be delivered the first Wednesday of every month and Zone 2 will be delivered the second Wednesday of every month.

Cut-off time for placing raw food orders is the Monday prior to the next delivery date at noon. Orders received after the cut off will be delivered the next delivery date following the four week rotation.
Monthly deliveries of raw pet food and supplements to the Northern Alberta delivery zones will have a $15.00 delivery fee applied to orders up to $550.00. Orders over $550.00 enjoy free delivery. Minimum order $125 required.

What to Expect on Delivery Day
Because delivery volumes change from week to week, we can’t always commit to a specific drop-off time, but we always do our best. Here is how we keep you in the loop:

Morning Update: When our drivers start their routes in the morning, you will get a text and email with an ETA and a tracking link so you can follow your delivery throughout the day.

Drop-off Notification: You will receive another notification the exact moment your order has been safely delivered to your doorstep.

If timing is ever a major concern for you, please reach out to us ahead of time so we can discuss options.
Our Warm Weather Guarantee
We know ordering raw food in the summer can make people a little nervous about melting, so we’ve designed our process to give you complete peace of mind:

Refrigerated Vans: We pick up the food completely frozen, and it travels in our refrigerated delivery vans right up until it hits your doorstep.

The "Mini-Glacier" Effect: Our boxes are packed tightly, meaning the tubes of food actually keep each other cold for longer than you'd think. While we recommend bringing the food inside as soon as you can, a couple of hours on your step is nothing to worry about.
Custom Drop-Offs (We’ll Work With You!)
If you have special requests for where to leave your order, just send us an email at info@granddog.ca and we will do our best to make it happen. For the hot summer months, we are happy to offer:

Cooler Drops: Leave a cooler out, and we’ll gladly put the food inside. If the whole box doesn't fit, our drivers will unpack the tubes into your cooler and leave the empty box safely nearby so you can still verify your order. (Pro tip: We highly recommend leaving a cooler out for smaller items like goat milk and bones, as they thaw much quicker than the big raw food blends!)

Garage Freezers: If you have a freezer in your garage and share the permission/access codes with us, we are happy to pop in and put the food straight into the freezer for you.
What if the food thaws a little?
In the middle of summer, a little bit of surface thawing or sweating is totally normal. As long as the tubes are still frozen and hard in the middle, they are 100% safe to pop right back into your freezer.
In the rare event that your food completely thaws all the way through and feels warm, just let us know. We will replace the box for you on our next delivery day to your area.
CANADA WIDE SHIPPING
All Four Leaf Rover, Adored Beast, Animal Biome, Smack Dehydrated Raw Food and Mine Pet Platters ship Canada wide (excluding New Brunswick & Quebec) with a minimum $50 order.
Canada Wide shipments have a flat rate shipping cost of $25.
Raw pet food items are not yet available for shipping Canada wide.
PICK UP ORDERS
We have two pick up/shop in person options available:
Pick up in Devon, Alberta: Grand Dog has set pick up times on a monthly basis. Our shop is not open to the public outside of these designated times.
