Delivery Costs: Orders up to $550.00 will have a $15.00 delivery fee. Orders over $550.00 qualify for FREE delivery!
Ordering Deadline: Please ensure your raw food order is placed by Monday at noon the week of your scheduled Wednesday delivery. Orders received after this cut-off will be fulfilled during the next scheduled delivery for your zone (four weeks later).
Delivery to Your Door
On delivery day, we'll send you an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is en route. When our delivery specialist leaves your package at your doorstep, you'll receive a text notification. For apartment deliveries, orders are left in the lobby, and our specialist will call you to confirm. If you have any specific requests for your delivery, just add a note to your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate!

Common Questions About Your Grand Dog Delivery
How much raw food should I order to last until the next delivery?
To estimate your order size, calculate your dog's daily feeding amount and multiply it by approximately 28 days (four weeks). We offer convenient 10, 20, and 40-pound boxes, perfect for stocking up. For help with calculations, check out our blog post on "How Much to Feed the Raw Fed Dog.”
Is there a minimum order required?
Yes, there is a minimum order of $50.00 for all deliveries.
Can I get other Grand Dog supplements and products with my raw food delivery?
Our scheduled monthly deliveries focus on our frozen raw dog food. However, you can easily order our other supplements and products online, and we'll ship those directly to you via Canada Post!
How do you ensure the raw food stays frozen during delivery?
Your dog's food is packed securely and transported in insulated vehicles to maintain its frozen state. We recommend being ready to transfer your order to your freezer as soon as it arrives (maximum 3-4 hours of delivery).
