I've been feeding my 7 year old Shi-tzu/Bichon cross this food for a few years and he went from itchy, rusty coloured paws that he constantly licked to no issues at all! And does anyone else notice the difference in their poop when eating raw?! This is one of the best benefits. It's tiny, easy to clean up and it doesn't leave that horrid "soup" in the spring for the spots you miss in your yard. It dries up ar just disappears when the snow melts. No stink, no gagging! lol
I know he's absorbing every bit of nutrition in that food! No more rusty-crusty-itchy pup!

We just switched to raw a couple of months ago as I have a 5 1/2 year old German Shepard 100+ lbs. that has been finicky for over 4 years. He loves this food, the pricing is great and it comes right to our door, it just doesn't get any better then that!

Switching to Granddog was the best choice for Max! Amanda provided clear guidance for transitioning from kibble and was so helpful with answering all of my questions. Compared to other raw brands this one is by far the most bang for your buck (quality AND quantity), especially considering they deliver! Max’s itching has already improved and he is no longer a finicky eater because he looooves his food now. Could not be happier with Granddog!

I couldn’t find a feeding guide in the box. My dog doesn’t like the food. Unfortunately I had to spend 100.00 to find that out
Thank you for your feedback regarding the feeding guidelines for our 10 lb boxes. While we currently include this information in our 40 lb boxes, we recognize the value of adding it to our smaller packaging as well. In the meantime, we provide several feeding resources on our website and are always happy to discuss specific requirements with customers directly.
Regarding your concerns about food refusal, it is common for dogs to hesitate when introduced to new smells or textures. This is especially true for older dogs, those new to raw feeding, or those with a history of picky eating. Consistency and persistence are usually key during this transition.
I have a variety of strategies to help with this process and would be happy to discuss them with you further if you would like to chat.

Our dog LOVES this. We mix it in with a portion of kibble (we cut that back by 50%) and he can’t wait to eat. The first day he was sceptical but after his first misgivings, he’s never looked back.
The positives of this change has been about 50% less poops to pick up and what we do pick up is solid, small and not smelly. His fur is gleaming and he scratches noticeably less. It’s well worth the money and if you’re buying a quality kibble like we do, I honestly don’t think there’s much difference in price.

Great option for dogs with allergies! My dog reacts to most fruit and vegetable mixes, as well as proteins like pork, duck, and bison, so this is one of the few foods she can eat without any flare ups. I really appreciate that it’s strictly beef based and that the organ content isn’t mixed with other proteins like pork.

While it's always a goal for us to have steady supply of products, there will be some disruptions based on the protein availability from time to time. Novel proteins like Bison are harder to keep in stock due to high demand, low supply. This is why we highly recommend developing a rotation of proteins that work for your pup and budget so if there is low stock of something, you have a back up plan. This also ensures your pup is getting the most out of their food through a variety of protein options.

I've purchased many raw dog food products but this one has to be the highest grade you can buy for your precious babies. 10/10 for my dogs. They love it!
A little more bother, removing the wrapping from the tubes (to be done while frozen! - just score it with a knife and peel it back) than the patty type product I was using before, but the dogs really like it and it's saving me about 30%, plus they deliver right to your door! I have two Bostons that can only eat beef and they are thriving on this stuff.
