Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries until you decide to pause or cancel. These are based on the order frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your account. You can manage your subscription from there, or you can email us at info@granddog.ca.

You will receive notice by email from Grand Dog Essentials when there is a price change.  

Subscriptions do not guarantee stock availability. In the case of stock unavailability, you will be notified to arrange for a suitable replacement.

Discount codes cannot be applied to subscription orders.   Subscriptions created during a store sale (without a discount code) will be updated to the regular price when the sale ends.
