When we decided to switch our guy to raw, it was very overwhelming as there is so much conflicting information and a lot to consider! When I reached out to Grand Dog, they promptly responded and were able to explain in great detail everything their company had to offer! I love that the ingredients are locally sourced and nutritious, with bird-free options(Due to allergies), knowing our pup gets all that he needs! We absolutely love Grand Dog and recommend them to anyone considering switching to raw!

I was trying to order my dog food but I had just flown to BC I couldn't access the order form. I contacted them via email. They responded in a few hours and made all accommodations for me to order my dog food, have it delivered that day and ensure that everything was completed.
