Delivery Fees:
Orders totalling up to $550.00 incur a delivery charge of $15.00, while orders exceeding this amount qualify for free delivery!
Ordering Deadline:
To ensure timely delivery, please place your raw food order by Monday at noon before your scheduled Wednesday delivery. Orders received after this deadline will be fulfilled during the next delivery cycle (four weeks later).
Delivery to Your Home
On your delivery day, you will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is on its way. You’ll also get a text notification when our delivery team leaves your package at your doorstep. For apartment deliveries, orders will be placed in the lobby, and our team will call to confirm. If you have special requests for your delivery, simply add a note to your order, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs!

How much raw food should I order to last until the next delivery?

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, the minimum order for all deliveries is $50.00.
Can I include other Grand Dog products with my raw food delivery?
Our scheduled monthly deliveries focus on frozen raw dog food and supplements. However, you can conveniently order any of our other products online, and we will ship directly to you via Canada Post!
How do you guarantee the raw food stays frozen during delivery?
Your dog's food is securely packed and transported in insulated vehicles to keep it frozen. We recommend transferring your order to your freezer as soon as it arrives or a maximum 3-4 hours after delivery.
