It's been a long time coming!  After seven years of delivering raw pet food to the Edmonton, Red Deer, and Calgary corridor we are now expanding our delivery zones to include more locations in northern Alberta.  

Starting May 7, 2025, we will offer monthly delivery on Wednesday to the following locations on a four week rotation: 

Zone 1:  Edson, Entwistle, Evansburg, Hinton, Mayerthorpe, Peers, Sangudo,  Wabamum, Whitecourt

Zone 2: Athabasca, Boyle, Clyde, Lac Labiche, Redwater, Thorhild, Westlock

Zone 3: Bawlf, Camrose, Daysland, Innisfree, Irma, Killam, Mudare, Vegreville, Vermillion, Viking, Wainwright, Westerose (Pigeon lake) 

Zone 4: Ashmont, Bonnyville, Cold Lake, Smokey Lake

Four Week Rotation Schedule

Wednesday May 7 delivery to ZONE 1

Wednesday May 14 delivery to ZONE 2 

Wednesday May 21 delivery to ZONE 3

Wednesday May 28 delivery to ZONE 4

The rotation starts again after the fourth week: 

Wednesday June 4 delivery to ZONE 1

Wednesday June 11 delivery to ZONE 2

Wednesday June 18 delivery to ZONE 3

Wednesday June 25 delivery to ZONE 4

The rotation continues every month.

Cut-off time for placing raw food orders is the Monday prior to the next delivery date at noon.  Orders received after the cut off will be delivered the next delivery date following the four week rotation.  

For example, for delivery May 7th orders will need to be placed by Monday May 5 at noon.  Delivering for May 14 needs to be placed by Monday May 12 at noon.

Monthly deliveries of raw pet food and supplements to the Northern Alberta delivery zones will have a $15.00 delivery fee applied to orders up to $550.00.  Orders over $550.00 enjoy free delivery.

Delivery Process within Alberta

Timing of deliveries varies from one week to the next depending on the volume of orders, which means we can not commit to a particular time of delivery.  

The day of delivery, all customers will receive an email notification when their order is out for delivery including a tracking link.  

When our delivery specialist leaves the delivery on your step they trigger the release of a text notifying you of delivery.   Apartment building deliveries are left in the lobby and our delivery specialist will call the number on the order to confirm delivery to the lobby. 

If you have special requests for delivery add a note to your order so we are aware of your request and we will do the best to accommodate.
