Food i usually get was sold out. Not a bad problem to have as a company but my dog sure isn't pleased

Thanks so much for the feedback!  We know it can be a bummer to see the sold out on items your pup is counting on.  

Unfortunately it is the reality for us from time to time when raw materials are not available, but we are doing what we can to minimize it as much as possible for you!  One thing we have done recently is make arrangements to manage most of our products with a direct line of sight to availability. It's been a learning curve as it's a bit different from how we were doing things, but we do hope it will minimize the disruptions to you.

We always recommend to people to offer a variety of proteins and blends to your pup. This means your dog will get a variety of nutrients from different protein sources and it builds resiliency so if there are stock shortages or discontinuations, your pup is ok with making a change to something else.

If you are ever in need of recommendations if something is out of stock, just let us know and we will be happy to help!
