my dog is a fan but not a fan of the texture so I have to Brown the meat in order for him to eat it but I am dedicated enough to do it
Thanks so much for the feedback! We do caution against cooking the food due to the bone pieces - cooked bones are not to be fed to dogs. Because this is a Variety Box, I wonder if there is one or two blends where he might prefer the texture over the others in raw form and future orders can be those blends so that you don't have to go through the trouble of browning. Awesome variety box sadly its always sold out they literally never have inventory and when do limited to 2 boxes very frustrating
We’re so glad your dogs love the variety boxes! To make ordering easier for our community, we have officially removed the 2-box limit.
We understand that fluctuations in variety pack availability can be frustrating. To clarify how our stock works: when certain ingredients face temporary shortages, we choose to keep those formulas available as individual items so that food remains accessible, rather than holding them back for pre-made bundles.
Because our individual boxes contain the exact same formulas as the variety packs, mixing and matching your own custom rotation with our available standalone boxes is always the best workaround.
We recognize your feedback and are doing what we can to offer stock consistency as we continue to navigate the realities of sourcing real, raw food!

Our dogs gobble up all the varieties in this box. Our cats enjoy it too.
I don’t like dealing with the plastic on the tubes ( we were used to using patties ), but these ones do come off easily. We had previously tried a different tube brand that stunk, these do not. Love the variety in this box.
Thanks for the feedback - I'm glad to hear all the furry family members are enjoying their food! While I understand the wrapping can be annoying for some, the truth is it does provide value. Not having the wrapping exposes the meat products making it susceptible to freezer burn which reduces the quality and integrity of the products received and the length of time it can be stored in your freezer. It also reduces your ability to store the items in your freezer without the box. Most people are dealing with limited freezer space, so storing in the box is not an option.
It can also make a mess if you are unable to place the food in a freezer immediately upon receiving your delivery - if there is even a small bit of thawing you would not be pleased to have to clean up that mess.
It's not perfect and updating the packaging is something on our wishlist for future, but for now it's the best option. I hope this helps! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!

I have 2 german shepherds they are doing really well on the food. Their coat is amazing there so soft shedding is minimized, they look forward to the protein changing so frequently ee also order the surf and turf box its great as well.

I was worried about how to figure out how much to feed my dog as in the past any raw food I bought usually came as a puck. The tubes are great and my dog loves all the flavours. We switch it up every couple of days so she gets a variety of protein.
