  For dogs 21-40 lbs, the Medium capsules contain:

  • Saccharomyces boulardii 2.8 billion CFUs, 153 mg
  • GOFOS® (Fructo-oligosaccharides), 102 mg
  • PreforPro® (LH01-Myoviridae, LL5-Siphoviridae, T4D-Myoviridae, LL12-Myoviridae), 4mg

  For dogs over 40 lbs, the Large capsules contain:

  • Saccharomyces boulardii 4.8 billion CFUs, 265 mg
  • GOFOS® (Fructo-oligosaccharides) 177 mg
  • PreforPro® (LH01-Myoviridae, LL5-Siphoviridae, T4D-Myoviridae, LL12-Myoviridae), 7.5 mg

Directions for Use:

Follow the recommended daily amount from the table below, or use as directed by a veterinarian. Give capsules by mouth with or without food. If your dog has trouble taking capsules whole, you can open the capsule and mix the powder with food or a treat.

Dog Weight (lbs) and Recommended Daily Amount

• 0 - 20 lbs = 1 Small capsule per day
• 21 - 40 lbs = 1 Medium capsule per day
• 41 - 60 lbs = 1 Large capsule per day
• 61+ lbs = 2 Large capsules per day
